RED HIGH HEELS

RED HIGH HEELS

1 Peter 3:3-4
It is not fancy hair, gold jewelry, or fine clothes that should make you beautiful. No, your beauty should come from inside you—the beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit. That beauty will never disappear. It is worth very much to God.

Fashion gurus love to tell men and women what to wear. Many like to recommend one pair of red shoes-preferably sassy high-heels-to spice up a lady’s wardrobe. The human eyes turn to outer beauty, what is advertized, what we think we want, so we go for what we think would gain us the attention we seek. People that are spiritually empty want “seek” to be praised by an audience that can flatter their alter ego. When feeling down or depressed majority of people turn to fashion and beauty. The sense of making themselves up comes give a sense of joy. While going shopping for a day it might turn someones day around making them feel beautiful and powerful, but that only can last for a limited of time. Only to find ourselves left with the same feelings of “need and want” because our focus is on the outer beauty rather then inner beauty.

While fashion trends are fun and we all want to look well-groomed, we can’t forget where true beauty and power come from. Wasn’t it Jesus who taught us not to place our treasure in physical things like our bodies, or worry about materialistic things? If we keep our mind and heart set on Him, He promises to provide.

Accessories break and fabric fades, gravity takes toll on us and skin sags. Age cannot be stopped, but internal beauty last forever. When we allow God to dress our body in robes of love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control, our inner beauty will far outshine anything we put on our physical bodies.

When we are too involved with the outer beauty of things, we are prone to become self-destructive even shallow. With that kind of mindset we are not treating our bodies as the temple of God. We must first reject and renounce all harmful tendencies to be self-destructive in order to treat ourselves as God wants us to. One way to start focusing on your inner beauty is by focusing your attention on God and His teachings. When you learn how you ought to be for God, yourself, and other people, you will than acquire inner power, love, and beauty. A type of beauty you cannot purchase. A type of beauty that will not fade, unless you stop nurturing your Spirit. We need to always ask our Heavenly Father to remove away from our lives anything that defiles or harms us in any way.

WE MUST PAY ATTENTION TO OUR EATING HABITS AS WELL!

Personal experience:
When I started loving God with all my heart and soul, I became free from all that enslaved me to immoral things. I started to hate all that God hates. I started to disconnect myself from anyone or anything that took away my attention and focus from God. Subsequently, I started to see the world through my spiritual eyes. I started to understand the cause and effect of everything. How music, TV-shows, social media, movies, people, places, and things INFECTED MY BRAIN AND CORRUPTED MY STATE OF MIND! I admit I’m NOT a bible scholar, nor am I qualified by a degree of some kind to share what I have shared; nonetheless, one thing is for certain and that is my God is my Father, His Son Jesus is my teacher, the world is my school, and in the process of mastering psychology- mankind is my observation. Only through this way of thinking I have accepted the idea of liberation. I have become aware how to be part of God, or against Him. I have also accepted the truth of realizing that theirs unforeseen forces all around us which cannot be seen but can be felt. There’s an active energy all around us all the time. That’s why the law of gravity is respected, which I will later explain. My suggestion is that you take the time to research the different practices of energy fields and it’s purposes. Seize the opportunity to learn that evil can transport from person to person, thing to thing, place to place and that is in a negative type of energy. I once heard, Pastor Tom Brown say, “We can feel when things are not right! When things are heavy and gloomy. Our atmosphere creates the environment that develop an influence on us. That’s why when we go to church we feel happy, at peace, and positive. When we go to a night-club, we feel the need of partying, drinking, dancing, and we enter an atmosphere of lust and impulse. The list goes on.”

THINK ABOUT THIS…
Jesus’s blood bought us for a price. And our goal should be to glorify Him in our body and in our Spirit, inasmuch as, both of them “body and Spirit” belongs to our creator God! Because of His mercies to us, we have to present our body as a living sacrifice to Him. Holy and acceptable-for we have to realize that this is a selfless and reasonable service to our Lord.

The material world is there for us to enjoy, yet we should not live for those things alone. For the enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but you Lord have come to impart abundant life to us. The Lord is our faithful, just, and Good Shepherd. Jesus gave His life for us. Why can’t we simply keep those principles in mind and cloth ourselves with the Fashion of Jesus?

THINGS THAT KEEP US AWAY FROM THE SPIRITUAL FASHION OF JESUS:

1. Greed
2. The need for recognition-fame and power.
3. Need to be in control.
4. The need to be egoistical-vain-selfish and self-destructive.
5. The need to serve money as your God
6. Never satisfied.
7. Security issues-fear-worries because your faith is not in God, but on the external.
8. Impatience-gives power to desperation, in that case people tend to do idiotic things because of their lack of patience and lack of faith that God will provide.
9. Boredom-a spirit of boredom is not of God. When your inner beauty is active and coherent with God, there will be something always to do, for God will direct your path.
10. Emptiness-I guess we all know this answer. People that are in pursue of everything else instead of building a relationship with God, are empty deep down inside, yearning for someone or something to satisfy their needs and wants.

When all the above SELF-DESTRUCTIVE WAYS are powered by our energy, meaning ACTIVE in our lives, we are spiritually dying or dead. Only YOU are responsible for the results you get. We cannot blame anyone for our poor choices and the inability to create change. WE ARE ALL CAPABLE OF CHANGE OURSELVES!!

Question these things: What are you doing differently? What are you glorifying? What are you empowering with your time and energy? What and who are you listening to? What are you learning to acquire or master? What are you reading? Who are you hanging out with? Where are you hanging out? All the above is influencing you in a manner that you think has no power over you, which in fact it can. Somehow, you’re an expression that identifies yourself with those things. Your expression dictates who you are and what your living for.

Are you spiritually dead? Well, do you find yourself in search for and in prey mode? Whereas, all you need to be in pursue of is a relationship with Christ. At the same time learn all that you need to know in order to spiritually be transformed and mature spiritually.

Jesus was the biggest and purest sacrifice for MANKIND. He didn’t die a conservative death, so why should we give him a conservative praise? Praising God first before you start your day, throughout your day, and as you end your night will bring Him much joy. Do otherwise, praise other things before God and you’re only going to separate yourself from God and distract yourself with the things of this world. All that I write is based on biblical teachings, my testimonies, facts, other peoples testimonies, and whatever message God instils in my heart.

LASTLY…

Please don’t make your money your God. Don’t make your lifestyle your God. Don’t worship your earthly things as your God. Don’t make anyone in your life #1 priority. God has to be your #1 priority. Praise the Lord with songs in your heart & mind every day. Comprehend everything else has to be SECOND, that’s if you seek to wear Jesus’s Fashion on. Keep in mind that if you make your relationship with God second, you will be chasing after those things with an emptiness that is never satisfied. You will be robbed of your inner peace. Life will be ruled by an ambition that can cost you to lose yourselves, your dignity, and cost you to lose good meaningful relationships. Self-worth will devalue in stead of achieving value. When we are not emotionally and mentally unstable money can destroy us if we are not mindful. Why? Because our focus will be on trying to achieve the success we crave (whatever that might be) rather then pursuing a relationship with God. When we are saved “reborn again” we have to be saved in the heart and mind. When that happens we will then appreciate everything that God has created. In addition, we need to understand the laws. You want to be forgiven, then forgive. You want to preserve your life, then give your lifestyle to love God with all your heart and soul. You want to be loved, then love like Jesus Christ teaches us to. You want to succeed, then hang out with successful oriented people that are good people and that have a positive influence on you. You want to be respected, then respect others. You want to be admired, then admire others without making them your idol or lusting over them. You want to see a positive change in your environment, then be the change you want to see and stop supporting all that is unjust. You want God to bless you, then bless God by obeying His teachings.

PRAYER:
HELP ME TO REMEMBER, LORD, THAT IF I WALK IN MY FLESH…IN MY SELF-DESTRUCTIVE WAYS EVER WILL I PLEASE YOU. LORD, I WANT TO WALK IN THE SPIRIT. THANK YOU FOR SENDING YOUR SPIRIT TO DWELL WITHIN ME. I AM FULLY PERSUADED THAT NOTHING SHALL BE ABLE TO SEPARATE ME FROM YOUR LOVE, WHICH IS IN CHRIST JESUS MY LORD. I WILL PRODUCE THE FRUIT OF THE SPIRIT IN ALL RELATIONSHIPS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF MY LIFE-LOVE, JOY, PEACE, PATIENCE, MEEKNESS, GENTLENESS, GOODNESS, AND SELF-CONTROL. I WANT TO LIVE IN THE SPIRIT AND WALK IN THE SPIRIT AT ALL TIMES.

IN JESUS’ NAME-AMEN!
